Microcode-Level Emulation

The HP-10C.
Reborn.

MY10C is an HP-10C scientific calculator emulator built on a different foundation. Not a simulation — a true microcode-level emulation of the original Nut processor.

Trigonometry in degrees, radians and grads, logarithms and powers, polar and time conversions, statistics with linear regression and 79 lines of keystroke programming — every instruction and undocumented quirk faithfully reproduced on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

MY10C - HP-10C Microcode Emulator running on macOS

Why Microcode Matters

Most emulators approximate calculator behavior at a high level. MY10C operates at the deepest level possible — executing the actual microcode instructions of the original hardware.

01

Cycle-Accurate

Emulates the original Nut processor at the microcode level. Every calculation produces exactly the same result as the original hardware — including rounding, display quirks, and undocumented behavior.

02

Scientific Toolkit

Trigonometric functions with DEG, RAD and GRD modes, logarithms, exponentials and powers, polar–rectangular and hours–minutes–seconds conversions, factorial and percentages, two-variable statistics with mean, standard deviation, linear regression and estimation — plus 79 lines of keystroke programming with branches, tests and pauses.

03

Native Experience

Built natively for Apple platforms with SwiftUI. Runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with a responsive interface designed for each form factor.

About the HP-10C

The Hewlett-Packard HP-10C, released in 1982 as the entry-level model of the legendary Voyager series, is also its rarest member. Sold for only two years, it put HP's RPN logic, a complete scientific function set and keystroke programming into the same slim, horizontal shirt-pocket case as its famous siblings — with a single gold prefix key instead of two, 79 program lines and ten storage registers. It was the affordable way into the Voyager family, and today it is the one collectors hunt for.

MY10C preserves this legacy through microcode-level emulation — not by approximating what the HP-10C did, but by running the same microcode that powered the original Nut processor. The result is an emulator that is indistinguishable from the real hardware.
